18+ dispensarys? Help?

Hey guys i was just wondering if going to a dispensary thats 18+ legal? i live in California and i know pot is legal but i know its for 21+. So what im asking is it ok to go to these "18+ dispensarys" and not get in trouble. Or like stay in my record or something? 
P.s: The dispensarys doesnt require a rec.
P.P.S: Sorry if this is a dumb question im kinda new to this.

I think you need your rec for 18+ but 21 and up you just need your ID.  you can always call and ask be for you go

I'm in CO and only Medical dispensaries allow you to come in @18...out here rec is 21+

I’m confused, why would u get in trouble? Typically dispensaries only let you in if you have your recommendation, not if your over a certain age. What part of Cali are u in? I’m in Cali too.
