OK SO. i started my period on sunday. which was 4 days ago. Usually my period last for 4-5 days. so yesterday and today iv been getting brown/blackish discharge and that happens at the end of every period so i know its almost done. well today after i took a shower, i was washing my myself really good down there. Not douching but just cleaning it up. I slightly stick only my finger tip in to see if theres anymore chunks or discharge but everything was clear. so i get out, getting ready to change until i feel getting really wet down there and i look down and see dark red bright blood dripping down my legs, smeared on all over my thighs. and i was like wthh? I touch it and went all over my hands and it looked like liquidly fresh bright red blood. Now, idk if theres a difference between period blood and fresh blood or if its a concern. But that has never happened before. So i just wanted to know if its normal to randomly bleed again after finishing your period? and is there a difference between normal period blood and other type blood that its a sign that’s something wrong? Im a healthy 18 year old virgin.
