Hair falling out for no reason

My hair has always fallen out a little bit, 2 weeks ago I got my hair cut from my butt to my shoulders. The next few days I noticed an increase in hair coming out. Now, everytime I run my fingers through it, a bunch comes out. I don’t know why though. I don’t use any heat on it, no hair products besides shampoo and conditioner, which I do every 3- 4 days. Can anyone help me? I’m 13 weeks pregnant if that means anything
