I need a little help!

I’m not new to TTC, but lately my nipples have been extremely hard. And sore. Like never before I literally walk around with hard nipples even when I’m in bed cuddled up! I’m 6DPO and I’ve just notice this past couple of Days. I’ve heard it could be multiple things like during ovulation and etc... so I’m just asking just you guys think!
