Help, evap??

Hey girls, I’m sorry if this post is stupid but it’s my first one. I’ve seen nothing but TONS of blue dye evaps so my plan was to stay as far away as possible but it’s all the store has. Af is due tomorrow and I’m terrified this is an evap. Can anyone help?? I took the picture within 2 minutes.
