Bleeding in first trimester

So I’ve been “spotting” since a week, no cramps, no pains. Today I saw my baby for the first time at 6w2d, with a nice heartbeat! Doctor said the spotting is implantationbleeding & because I am on progesterone the bleeding might take longer to heel. Nothing to worry about!

I am so thankfull!
