Calling doctor

Is it wrong to call your doctor at 1030 pm? I am still having stabbing pains in my abdomen that have been going on for about 6 hours or so. I tried a bath, Tylenol, resting, everything and nothing had worked. Idk of i should hold out until tomorrow morning or call the doctor.
