Ok so I'm a smoker and pregnant I'm only about 6 weeks.  Need help stopping or will that be worse on baby?

I smoked a lot but once i found out i was pregnant i stopped for my babys health.

Easier said than done! Hey I'm not gonna lie I was still struggling with it up until my 4th month. I've stopped completely now and I only have 2 weeks left. Keep trying but don't slaughter yourself if you happen to cave. Yes it's not healthy for baby if you smoke but anxiety and stress caused from quitting isn't healthy either. Stick with it

You can do it!!  Stop as soon as you can I stopped by week 5, replaced with cashews, ice cold drinks and heard candies. I was smoking about a pack a day and it took about a week to commit. I'm now 33 weeks and still going strong. You got this!!

I cut down slowly took me awhile honestly. A lot of people are going to tell you just quit cold turkey. that's easier said than done especially if you're stressed at any point. I quit at around 8 weeks or so after seeing a jelly bean on ultrasound lol made it easier.

I used patches and it was so so easy. Stay on the patches until the urge settles and then wein off them. It's your baby's life you're affecting so you have great motivation. I quit after 6 years and I found it easy just because I knew I had to for my little one :) good luck 😄😄😄😄
