a little backstory : i ovulated sometime last week, in that time frame i did have sex. now today: i woke up this morning & after i stood up awhile i started having sharp pains in my lower stomach, i thought it was just weird heartburn or something. now the sharp pains are all over my stomach and in my ribs. i can hardly stand up. i just went to the bathroom & had some stringy brown discharge but my period isn't due for 10 more days.. what is this? it's now day 2 of the sharp pains..
