Do think its ok to BD daily during fertile wk?

Me and the hubby, it depends how we feel but we BD almost daily,  sometimes on the end of AF with  [softcups] but what do yall think every day cause I'm not good at checking my cervix but glow and I had it right this month...

It's most optimal for his sperm regeneration to BD every other day, givin time for strong sperm of both genders to populate in his body to optimally penetrate your egg. If you BD daily, you'll be introducing weaker sperms who are likely to fail and die or not have enough strength to get into the egg.

It takes 24 hrs for sperm to regenerate, so lots of people do it everyday of their fertile week (or even everyday of the month) and still get pregnant. If he has a low count, every other day is best.

My hubs was all for it, but omg I was done after day four lol. I told my hubs to give me a break, so at the end of the window he got no booty. I love sex with him, but not like this (although he is living in Heaven right now lol).

I've read a couple articles online that said sperm regenerates in a 24 hour time frame. So I don't think it's bad to BD everyday during your fertile week. Me and SO BD everyday regardless. Haha
