So much pressure

I’m on my 3rd pregnancy I am 16 weeks. I feel so much pressure it’s crazy. Like right below my stomach where my waist is when I bend my knees. Has anyone else had this?? I can barely even walk without feeling horrible...is this normal for a 3rd pregnancy ? Or something I need to talk to my doctor about
