Been reading a lot lately about women trying Vitex to lengthen their leutal phases, do I too wanted to look into this. But I had a few questions...

- Do I take this throughout my whole entire cycle?

- Am I able to start/take Vitex during my period?

- Do I keep taking throughout my cycle? Or stop during ovulation til AF comes back?

If you’ve taken Vitex, how did you take it/what worked/didn’t work for you?
