did anyone's boyfriend come up with the idea of ttc? did they tell you why? just trying to figure out why all of sudden he wants a baby so bad, he has went as far as positions, telling me to continue laying down after sex..

Yes he did. I’m 27 and had given up having children due to a horrible MC I had when I was younger that really scarred me. He knew this yet he is 26 and he did initiate and has been consistent about wanting a child and so we started ttc for a few months. We successfully did quickly in the beginning although I had a miscarriage and have kept from him how much it really messed with me and brought all these feelings from my past. I’ve Fallen into a slight depression and he’s got other worries so I’ve tried to keep my boohoos out of it. I don’t want him to have to shoulder any of the pain or burden I feel. 
I can do it alone; I’ve been the one that carries the heavy load for everyone my entire life. Family, relationships, friends ext... All of a sudden I brought up something I learned on here and I asked (because he didn’t really want to talk) why was he being so short you do still want a baby right? His answer was eventually..... I said was I mistaken I thought YOU said you wanted a baby and he brought up all these reasons why he did but now he doesn’t right now.
I want to crawl into a whole and cry myself to sleep and wake up to the man that looked me dead in the eyes & said, “ I want to have a baby and I want you to be the mother of my child, I want you to have my last name” 
I feel like such a fool. 😨😶🙁

my boyfrienf did mentioned it first after 6 months of dating (now 1 year and 5 months together). he is 30 and his mom has cancer. he wants to start because he is worried about his mom not being around for his kids and also he doesn't want to be an "old dad".
