Is this normal

So normally I only go though 10 tampons durning my 5 day period this month I was 5 days late with two faint line positives but I thought nothing of it this period I started the 23rd I have already been through a box and a half of tampons and I have to use pantie liners as well and I never had to do that I have noticed my clots are bigger and there is a lot more of them
