Hi ladies just had a quick question. Even if you don’t know the exact answer can you help?

Does a women ovulate before or after she notices EWCM? Reason I am asking is because I didn’t use opk’s this cycle honestly I was not even thinking about it. But on Thursday and especially Friday of last week I noticed EWCM by Saturday i had almost nothing. Saturday i started feeling tingles on my nipples but I don’t know when exactly and what this means for me 😬. Usually I start with boob tenderness and its day 6 since EWCM and my nipples are still the only ones that are in pain so far.
