Hey all! I had my first son naturally as a surprise 6 1/2 years ago. It took me a few years to find a guy i trusted enough to try with and after a year went on metformin and got pregnant first month. I've just had my second son 6 weeks preemie (4 weeks ago). I know that women without issues are extremely fertile after birth so I was curious as to whether or not with pcos i would be too? My partner and i had unprotected sex last night so now I'm concerned about the chances of getting pregnant again straight away. Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated thanks 😁
