Help! 😢

My period is late by 5 days! Though I’ve had and still having fatigue and cramp but I’m not bleeding! A day before it was suppose to come I went to the bathroom and say spotting, but I didn’t bleed anything after that. I’m a 19 year old virgin so I know I’m not pregnant!!! But I still want to know what can cause this. Never happened before 😩😩😩
