Weight!!!
I'm kinda tired of being my weight.
I want to lose weight. I need some tips and some ideas to try and prevent myself from eating so much.
I'm 5'4 and weight about 210 pounds. During summer of 2017 though, I was 180 pounds. But before summer, I was able to get up and do things. I can't now and basically get bored and when I get bored, I eat. Help, please!!!
