anyone been in a similar situation? does this mean labor is near?
I had spotting tonight after my walk with my husband. I've been having cramps and feel a bit achy. I'm 39 +1 weeks. I was already 80 percent effaced at 38 weeks and 1 cm dilated. baby is so very low that at my 39 week appointment dr couldn't feel my cervix because babies head was in the way. is labor near? is it just a sign of progression?
