Looks like a boil. Lay a warm clean washcloth a few times a day over it, take baths with Epsom salts to help bring it out. Try not to pop it and it should drain itself. If it’s still there after some time get a doctor to drain it for you

Looks like a pimple or infected hair. I get them all the time and I literally pop them all the time too, probably shouldn’t do that but I do it anyway. 😅

if it gets swollen around it and hot it might be a staph infection. I had one because of an ingrown hair and going to parties at my fiancee fraternity and getting sweaty. and if it is staph go to the Dr they would have the drain it.

Had the exact same thing on my inner thigh. DO NOT TRY TO POP IT. Apply warm compresses or put the hot water in it in the shower and it will drain on its own. Mine took a few days to flatten and go away.
