Not ovulating

My husband and I have BTC for 3 months now and have been using Glow for 2. Last month nothing happened, so this month I decided to also use an opk. I started testing using First Response when Glow said I was ovulating and everyday was negative. One day has 2 lines,  but the test line was lighter than the control so I took that as negative. Glow then changed my peak days and I started using Clearblue digital and I have still been low every day. I have now been testing for 11 days and I'm supposed to get AF in 2 weeks. Did I miss the boat somehow or has anyone else had a similar problem?? Should I still be having sex often during my non peak days or wait until I have a positive or high peak day? Help!!
