help ladies sorry for the photo

I've been to the doctor taken my bloods today and will do the same on Monday check my levels. but I'm so scared I'm losing our baby I'm 5 weeks 2 days starting with pains on right side on Wednesday and now just have lower back pain to the right but obviously I'm passing blood now. has anyone else had this etc and what happened please
