Birth control?

I’m on birth control and have been ever since I started my period. I have really bad anxiety and depression. Along with I have awful periods and pain all in my lower area.  Could it be possible that it causes it? What do y’all recommend?

There are more than just the three birth control you listed... do your research and ask your doctor about maybe switching. I was on Depo Provera which is a shot you take every 3 months. I stopped having periods which I thought was great until I started trying to get pregnant. Anyways, it is really a personal choice, no one should tell you what to pick. Compare everything online, there are websites that compare birth controls, and then talk about the ones you're interested in with your doctor and the concerns you have about the depression and anxiety. I wouldn't necessarily say to just have no birth control because there are other benefits  from birth control than just  avoiding pregnancy :)

Your birth control could be the reason this is happening due to the added hormones that your body receives through it... I would mention it to your doctor and they can switch you to a different form or brand that could hopefully help

I'm on the Nora Be mini pill and the only side effect I've had was a couple days of bleeding 2 weeks after starting the pill. Nothing out of the ordinary than when I usually have my period. I go crazy and get extremely emotional or get blood clots on any hormonal birth  control.
