Help please!

Been trying to call Glow number but just keep leaving my name & number. Reason I'm calling is due to the insights section on data. This last month has been very different than usual & the insights information has not gave me any information at all. Especially since today is Day 10 and first time I have seen raw egg mucus for along time & my peak days isn't until day 15. Another thing is my period is always every 28 days and my Glow predictions are always 3-4 days later then when my period is suppose to start. What is going on?
