Baby movement?

This is my first pregnancy, I’m 15 weeks, yesterday and today I felt a pulsating feeling in my stomach. Is this the baby moving?

If it’s feels like a heartbeat then it’s most probably your heartbeat. You will feel it more because your blood is being push around harder and faster to keep up with the growing baby.
From my experience first movements feel like a little tickle at first and can be missed by a FTM, then the movements turn into a more stronger tickle (almost like a fast tapping but only lasting a short time). Then the feeling like your tummy muscle is twitching (that is usually when FTMs feel baby because it’s more prominent).

Movements that early feel like a flutter & can normally only be felt when your body is totally relaxed. Like when you're going to bed.
