Decrease in formula/breast milk intake on solids?
My daughter has always been a super fussy bottle feeder, we also dealt with some feeding aversion issues when she was tiny. She’s doing fairly well with baby led weaning, which is good because she refuses to be spoon fed. The doctor told us her milk intake would decrease - but I didn’t expect it to so suddenly. Just this week her milk intake has gone from about 28oz per day to low 20s (and that’s a struggle). I guess she is actually consuming more solids - and good stuff too - chicken, eggs, veggies, etc. I just can’t help but always worry about her formula intake.
If your baby’s doing well on solids - have you seen a sharp decrease in milk intake?
