Period after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage late November at an early phase of pregnancy, about 6-7 weeks. Needless to say it doesn’t make it any easier, but I’m trying to put one foot in front of the other. My period while on birth control was SO heavy and lasted about a week. Since my miscarriage, my cycles, especially the one I just had have been very short. Monday night i had spotting, Tuesday/Wednesday very heavy, Thursday light and today nothing at all! I also started clomid again (which is what helped us get pregnant in the first place) and now I’m just worried. I’m worried it won’t work, I’m worried my period was too short, I’m just full of worry since I’ve gone through what every woman fears of their entire pregnancy. It’s dreadful. I guess I’m just looking for a little reassurance.
