I have extremely irregular periods, which I have been to the doctors about and am hopefully getting it all sorted BUT I was 3 months late and than i had them for 3 1/2 days about a week and half ago and it was so light and brown and the worst back cramps (i usually get stomach cramps) I have ever felt made me physically sick. Well now a week and abit later I have them again, woke up yesterday morning with them and its the same so very light and brown blood and now extreme back pain and throwing up again. Sorry for the long post but I dont want to have to go back to the doctors again sobif anyone can help? it would mean alot. thankyou
