Missed period, negative HTP, 2nd positive OPK

I quit taking my BC in September could this still be affecting me? Ive has a regular period since I quit taking it. I ovulated last month and my husband and I tried on the correct days and some extra. I’m over 3 weeks late for my AF. All pregnancy test have been BFN. I took a OPK test today and it was a solid LH surge. Has his happened to anyone else and they ended up being pregnant? So confused!! Help!!
