Why did this happen?!

I spotted for 4 days and then just yesterday (Friday) I got my actual period!! Never has that ever happened to me !

It could be many things
1. Unprotected sex during that cycle and the was a possible missed miscarriage
2. Age: women tend to noticed in their 20’s and in their 30s that their cycles change a bit. 
3. Too much or too little stress
4. A form of birth control is being used.

Ever since I went off the pill and began TTC, my period symptoms have been all over the place. Last cycle AF came 4 days early and I spotted for about 2 days before that. I always have 28/30 day cycles so that was unusual for me.

Why did this happen?!
