Late period

So this is my first time I’ve ever been really late for a period. I’m 10 days late. I have a very regular period, the latest I’ve ever been before this was 2 days. Also the past few days I have had super bad gas and diarrhea. I’m not sure if that could be related at all? I’ve also had days where I have like super super bad cramps to where it’s difficult to move but they go away after about a day. if anyone has experienced this or something similar might know what’s going on could let me know that’d be greatly appreciated.
