Nope but i can count on having a good poop when i get my period lol. Sorry TMI but if im a little backed up i do get a little excited that i know ill be able to poop that week i get my period 😂😏😆💩 
Maybe its the uterine cramping that we get that helps it move it along. Haha maybe ur’s is just really really cleaning u out! 🤔😆💩💩💩
