wishing for twins?
my SO and I already have one DD who is 3 1/2. we have been talking about ttc. we have not officially started trying yet as I still have the nexplanon in my arm. But I keep having dreams of having twins. Twins run in both of our families. I dont know if its a sign or just my inner wishes. any thoughts?
