Any piercing ideas to cover this old piercing bump?

Idk if the title makes sense...

But I got a double helix cartridge piercing a couple of years ago. And one of them got infected shortly after. Had to go to the doctor who made me take it out and it never healed back right and I hated the way it looks so I took out the other one. I don't like the way it looks now, it's been a few years since. Does anybody have any piercing ideas to help distract from this bump?

You can't see it clearly in the pic but it's more visible in person.
