Help me to understand. Question please answer. PHOTO ADDED

My last period was 12-16 and it was early I believe or late. A few days before that it said I was having ovulation and my SO came in me and I got my period some days later. I was very tired on my period very UN normal and I've been having cramps stomach and lower, nauseated.. I've had this spotting for 2 days I believe on and off, I use the restroom and this is the first time It ever look like this, what can this be? Maybe ovulation?
