transition from rock n play to crib

my girl is almost 4 months and she has very severe reflux ... on 2 different meds, probiotics, hypoallergenic formula, etc etc. so for 2 and a half months we literally never slept because she would only sleep on us. we finally caved and got a rock n play and voila the house was finally getting decent sleep. well she is rolling now and obviously can't sleep in there forever but she screams every time we lay her down in the crib. super not into letting her cry it out. tried putting a wedge in there, putting rolled up blankets around her under the sheets to prop up her feet and make the crib feel more snug... nothing has worked. anyone have any similar experiences they would like to share about the transition from rock n play to crib, especially if your little one had bad reflux?
