Leaking amniotic fluid?

How do you really know? For the past I want to say 2-3 weeks, every time I go to the bathroom, it looks like what is a wet spot in my underwear. I honestly thought maybe it was discharge or possibly pee since I go so much and baby is right on my bladder. But I feel like my stomach hasn't really grown at all in the past few weeks either (I'm 32+2). Maybe I'm just overthinking it, but maybe I'm not? I have an OB appt on Tuesday....

this happens to me too darling. I have to wear panty liners literally nonstop lol. our vaginas are creating some aweioua discharge, liquid and sticky and everything in between. my midwife assured me there was nothing to worry about but perhaps ask your provider.

I’ve had a lot of discharge this whole pregnancy, I wear a panty liner everyday. I’m pretty sure it’s normal, but just ask your doctor if you are worried.

Definitely ask. With my first I thought I was leaking and said something to my midwife. She didn’t think I was but at 41 weeks I was induced because... guess what? I was running low on amniotic fluid. Go with your gut!

Amniotic fluid has a different consistency then urine our general vaginal discharge. 
Amniotic fluid is fairly thin in consistency, almost like water rather than the thicker and stickier vaginal discharge.
If you touch it with your fingers, you'll know the difference. Urine is also thin, but is still usually kind of sticky, plus it smells like pee.
If you're worried, I'd call your doctor's office.
With my first baby, my water broke in a very slow trickle overnight and they had me go to the office to have the fluid checked (they took a sample and did some kind of analysis). When they saw it was AF, they admitted me even though I wasn't really having contractions due to the much higher risk of infection.

Same here. I stand to wipe now. Something about the way the baby presses on my bladder makes a dribble of pee come out after I stand up. So annoying.
