Possible diastasis Recti... help
I am 25 weeks pregnant noticed a couple weeks ago when I went to get out of bed I say the small triangle shape. I did some research and that lead to possible diastasis Recti... I did the measure test and have only a 1 finger gap all along that area you are suppose to measure —- except at my belly button it’s about 1 1/2 ... is it normal or you to have a bigger space at your belly button? Or is that the start of the separation?
