Sick after every time I eat!
I'm 28+2 now and since week 25/26 I have had the hardest time digesting food. I take good probiotics, drink around 80 oz of water a day, and I don't eat a ton of crap. But it doesn't matter if I eat organic spinach or enchiladas, I feel like it all sits in my stomach and takes forever to digest and it hurts! (And I eat in small quantities) Anyone else?? Sometimes I'm nauseous after and I'll burp and be better but that's more acid reflux related, which I don't have much of. Wondering if anyone knows of anything that I can take or use to help calm my stomach?
