Starting to work out again at the end of TWW..
So I have had this date set to start working out again after maybe 6 months of not doing it consistently like I used to... my only worry is that I may have implanted today due to having brown light spotting ((which isn’t normal for AF)).
I am 11DPO and AF is due on 1/31.
So should I wait to work out again until I test and see what the result is? Or should I keep working out lightly?
And if I am/do become pregnant, what should I do about working out?
I just don’t want to end up miscarrying early again like I did last May, and I really want to get back into working out again..😭
Any advice would be great!!
