menstrual cup
Okay I've used it on and off for about 6 months now. love the concept. however. at times it's hard to put in. and I feel like it pushes on my bladder. along with feel like it makes my cramps worse. and I woke up at night from the suction becoming too much on my cervix and causing some really bad cramps. I have the small size so I'm not sure. anyone else have these problems?
