Acne while pregnant?

Question

Is anyone one else dealing with acne with being pregnant? If so, what are you using to help clear it up?  My face, neck and chest are so broken out, it's so embarrassing. I can't seem to get it over control. Any advice would be helpful :)

I use witch hazel every morning. When I was out of town for four days I didn't take the witch hazel with me and I broke out like crazy. Came home, started using the witch hazel again, and I've pretty much cleared back up.

I have a combo of frankensense, lemon and a carrier oil a friend gave me. I forgot about that oils. I guess I am using them more than I thought;)

Yup I have so much acne on my face and back. Everybody keep telling me I'm having a girl. Cause my baby is taking my beauty. Lol but I don't really believe it.

I have been struggling with terrible acne, all over my face and chest! Before pregnancy, I would get one or two pimples right before my period, but now, these pimples just won't go away! I'm afraid to use any regular acne treatments, my mom just suggested aveeno baby wash, so I've been trying that. It seems to be drying them out, but it's only been about a day. I'm hoping it will help soon! I definitely don't have the pregnancy glow you always hear about! I feel so ugly!

It appeared with pregnancy for me too! Chest, chin, shoulders, and back. Ugh I hate it. I feel like I'm going through puberty again! 
I bought some organic cold pressed coconut oil, organic tea tree oil, and organic lavender oil. I diluted the tea tree and lavender with the coconut oil and apply it to clean skin, especially in the breakout areas, and my skin is finally clearing up! I even dab a tiny tiny (less than a drop) bit of  non-diluted tea tree oil onto the bigger zits and it will dry it up fast, but it's suppose to be diluted. It sounds crazy to put oil on your acne areas but coconut oil kills bacteria, absorbs wonderfully, and it does not clog your pores. I use it for everything!

My chest and neck have been breaking out so much since I've been pregnant so embarrassing! My dr prescribed me some lotion to use that has been helpful.

I've had that problem, but now that I am entering the second trimester it seems to be getting better. I just tried to wash all of the areas twice a day and use a moisturizer that won't clog your pores.

I'm just dealing with it because anything you use can be soak in threw your skin and I'm a paranoid ftm and worried about what will or won't hurt my little peanut

I am having the same problem- and I've never had acne in my life! I also have Keratosis Pilaris. Which is those weird little hard spots all over my arms and chest 😩 anyway, I won a contest for free Mary Kay and used it to buy the TimeWise Miracle Set. It's pricey but works wonders! It has really helped me to make sure I wash and moisturize every night... Don't cheat and use cleansing cloths!
