panicking a little

ok so earlier I put in a tampon and it kinda hurt a little and got stuck a little when I pushed the tampon out of the applicator so I had no other choice but to take the tampon out dry. And ever since then I've been dizzy and feeling a little bit sick. But I've also had a miscarriage a couple of days ago and I don't know if it's from that or me taking the tampon out dry. And yes I am informed that you are not supposed to use tampons during a miscarriage but the hospital didn't give me any pads for the bleeding and I assumed by now it would be safe to use them. Any opinions?
