I had a light period for three days. No period for two. Woke up this morning and it’s a crime scene. This has never happened to me before. I’m extremely worried. Every time I sit down it’s about 2+ tbsp of blood in a glob. Does this happen to anyone else?

A little about my history:

When I started my period at 12, they would last 14 days. They were so heavy I’d change pads 5+ times a day.

At 16 they put me on birth control to slow the bleeding. I’ve been off and on it ever since.

I had PID at 18 years old. It almost killed me.

At 21, I had my first laparoscopic surgery.

At 24, I had my second laparoscopic surgery.

At 25, last year in February, I had my third laparoscopic surgery.

All three times I had cysts, polyps, endometriosis, cervical growths and huge amounts of scarring.

They took me off the birth control to see what happens. This is the 5th period since then. Is this normal for anyone? I’m having horrible pelvic pain and bloating. I’m afraid all my issues are back...

I’ve seen more than 15 doctors. They all tell me get a hysterectomy or get pregnant. But I’ve never been able to get pregnant. I’m tired of being in pain every day of my life...
