When is it considered the first day of your period?
My husband and I are trying to conceive and I know you generally ovulate 14 days after the first day of your period. Is it considered the first day of your period when you wipe and there is a little on the toilet paper, or is it considered the first day of your period when you actually start having something show up on the pad? I ask because it usually takes a few days of just wiping and it being there before it starts to actually get heavy enough to show up on the pad and I want to make sure that I know when I’m ovulating.
