Help!! I need advice

So i am close friends with this girl and we both have boyfriends and the four of us are super close ( they have been together for like 4 yrs) but lately her mans ( who i am closer with) been super touchy with me like when no one is with us he grabs my hands or hugs me from behind and stuff like that and like we been alone and i was laying down and he came and hugged me and idk what to do like im confused right now idk if I should tell him something because i am super confused like i feel like i am feeling him.

And like we been sneaking around in the dressing rooms and he finds anything to be alone with me and it just confused me..... he also asked me if I would ever cheat and i just feel like there’s something there but I don’t want to ask and there’s nothing i dont want to ruin the friendship what should i do ??
