Issues since starting MINI pill?

I started taking the mini pill about 2 months ago (I have a 20 month old and then also a 8 month old that I still pump 5 times a day for) I know spotting is normal for the first 3 months but I have been having period like bleeding every other week. It lasts about 3-4 days. I also have felt generally crappy since starting the pill. I’m going to see my gynecologist soon to discuss other options or dosage. But just wanted to see what others had to say about the mini pill.

Yes I am taking it at the same time everyday, I have an alarm on my phone to help with that.
