How do I know which birth control is right for me??

Talk to your doctor about all of the different options. If you have any concerns about how each option will affect you, ask! You could always look at different kinds online and write questions down to take to your doctor.

Your doctor typically will reccomend one based on your height, weight, age and other risk factors (if you smoke, have a heart condition, etc). But I'd also consider things like 1) are you forgetful? (If so the pill probably isn't for you). 2) how soon do you want to have kids? (Most implants last 2-4 years, and although they can be taken out, it may take a few months for the hormones to regulate in your body). Etc. So I'd say do your research online and ask yourself what you see yourself doing in the next few months, and years, and then let your doctor know you are considering such and such type and see if they think it's a safe choice for you

There’s no way to know until you try it out yourself since everyone reacts differently to each method 
But with the iud or shot or implant u don’t have to worry about taking daily pills

First and foremost thing is do you get optical migraines? If you do then this will limit your options on birth control so anything with oestrogen in it you cannot take as oestrogen can cause a rise in blood pressure and increase health risks
