Okay so my doctor brushed me off in the doctors office when I said I couldn’t use cups or tampons and she basically told me to deal with it. I can’t stand not being able to use those products because pads give me rashes on by backside that are both painful and unsightly. I asked my mother about this and she said my hymen is probably still intact somehow because every time I’ve tried to use a tampon it’s hurt very badly to the point of tears... I’m at my wits end here and would really appreciate any advice on how to get to the point of being able to use tampons or cups without hurting myself. Before anyone says to get my mom to help me,I’ve already tried; many times.
