HELP!

I got on depo provera almost 2 months ago. I missed my December period the Dr. said its normal for it to stop after the first shot. Today I was going to the bathroom and when I wiped I noticed light brown spotting. I wiped again and even got a tiny little clot that was a dark brown color.... is this normal or could I be pregnant? I read that happens in early pregnancy
